Crouch, CPA, CMFO, is the managing partner of Crouch & Company, LLC.  Kevin successfully passed all four sections of the Uniform Certified Public Accountants exam in November 1996 as a first time candidate.  In addition, he is certifed by the State of New Jersey as a Certified Municipal Finance Officer.  A graduate of Grove City College (Grove City, PA), Kevin is a charter member of the Gift Advisory Council for Ranch Hope for Boys.  He volunteers with Group Workcamps Foundation, a service organization that utilizes the labor of church youth groups to repair homes for the needy and elderly.  As a member of the Woodstown - Pilesgrove Regional Board of Education, he serves on the Finance/Facilities, Personnel, and Negotiations committees. His professional memberships include: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants; Tax Collectors and Treasurers Association of New Jersey; Salem County Chamber of Commerce; Woodstown-Pilesgrove Business Association. Kevin enjoys entertaining as a member of the Avalon Stringband (Philadelphia, PA) and serves as the band's business manager.  He and his wife, Shari, reside in Woodstown along with their two sons, Noah and Hayden.   William "Irv" Chard, CPA joined the firm in 2001 and became a partner in 2008.  Irv is a 1991 graduate of Widener University and is licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  He offers a vast knowlegde in the area of retail sales.  A member of St. John's United Methodist Church in Harrisonville, NJ, he serves on the administrative board as Treasurer.  In addition, Irv is the president of Chard's Furniture located in nearby Pilesgrove. Irv's areas of expertise include income tax preparation, payroll tax compliance, and federal and state tax problem resolution. Irv resides in Alloway, NJ with his daughter, Sarah.
